Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 13 April 2009, up to which date the hotel pre-payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that the hotel pre-payment cannot be refunded after 13 April 2009.
Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to
Congrex. Cancellation os social events will be accepted until 7 May 2009, up to which date the
total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after 7 May 2009, no expenses will be
refunded.
